Bicester is a growing town situated approximately 13 miles north of Oxford, close to the Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire borders. The River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal flow through the east of the area and immediately south of Bicester is Otmoor.
  Bicester is an attractive and historic market town and has a fine centre with a wide variety of shops, pubs and other amenities. Just outside the town is Bicester Retail Outlet Village which has many designer shops.
  The town is within easy reach of the M40 and has good train services to London, Oxford and the Midlands.
